“ Beautifully designed interior that's luxuriously relaxing but not too romantic. Hollywood regency done right while maintaining the pappas style branding. Very clean throughout. Tables were cleared immediately. Service was great. Food came perfectly timed. Did have trouble getting a refill of soda but it was very busy. Offers an awesome selection of seafood dishes and fresh oysters but I didn't think the mains were as memorable as I was hyped up to expect. Our waitress made a big deal about the sauce on the steak so when it was normal, felt underwhelming. The crisp eggplant was delightful. The dessert was SO surprisingly delicious, not too sweet and light. nobody drank at my meal but the drinks at other tables looked enjoyably fancy. Every dish was gorgeously designed. Restroom was clean. Has valet parking. ”

“ I went to Little's to celebrate my birthday as well as the birthday of a friend. The service was amazing and the food delicious! Our waiter introduced us to the special entree of the day and was knowledgeable about the menu for making recommendations. We had a dozen oysters (3 from each of the 4 regions), the yellowfin tuna crudo, octopus, crisp eggplant, sourdough bread, and a chocolate hazelnut dessert. Everything tasted so good, but I'd say our favorites were the fresh oysters, eggplant, and chocolate hazelnut dessert!! I also had the Pinot noir on the menu and it was out of this world. The sommelier came by to show me the bottle as I was interested in purchasing one online to have at home. The service was attentive and professional from the waiter himself right down to the one filling our glasses. Near the end of the night as I headed to the restroom, one of the managers spotted me heading that way and got there before me to open the door. Oh my!! My only complaint is that I felt the hosts could have been more inviting. Greetings were without smiles and unenthusiastic. If Little's can improve on their "first impression" as customers walk in, that would be a huge plus. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience at Little's and will definitely be going back. ”

“ classic seafood restaurant in Montrose im really amazed at staffing, very professional, from attire to service very upscale feel, kudos to management team! we enjoyed every single dish seafood tower was 10/10 there were oysters, shrimp, jumbo blue crab, and salmon crudo + pomegranates served with 3 sauces and crackers very deluxe quality and well-seasoned lobster gnocchi was buttery, creamy but the portion can be bigger :) chocolate hazelnut entremet was just the right amount of sweetness, hinted with tangy passion fruit, n' beautifully decorated with edible flowers staff made sure to change our plates several times during dinner we were constantly greeted and checked upon in timely manner. valet is $8, parking spots might be limited it was our first time and definitely not our last! ”

“ Absolutely phenomenal first time at Little's! Parking lot gets full quickly so I did valet for $8. The service is really outstanding. The staff at the front are dressed nicely and the wait staff are also all uniformly dressed with clean shirts and aprons. Was there with friends to celebrate and the staff gave me a card with the date and signatures from the chef and manager, which I thought was such a nice touch. The cocktail list is pretty nice, they're on the pricier side at $18 with options for alcohol free versions. Also plenty of wine options! All of the food was exceptional, but you must come for the oysters. They have raw oysters from different parts of the country that you can choose from, whatever quantity you desire. Went for some gulf oysters, which had a lovely sweetness, and the accompanying sauces were fantastic. The next time I come back I will order way more of these! Also tried the baked gulf oysters, which are probably my favorite, the crab on top takes them over the edge. Super indulgent but a must try. The grilled octopus was the best I've had, the meat was tender and not overcooked at all. The sauce was a perfect accompaniment. Tried 2 mains- the grouper was light in flavor, a meatier fish but perfectly cooked. Still tender. The redfish is was my favorite- the skin was crispy and the topping of olives and other green bits was perfectly savory. The levain sourdough bread was phenomenal- the outside was crusty but the inside was soft and fluffy. The butter was flavorful and the spirulina sea salt was not only beautiful but really took the butter to another level. Finished the meal with the chocolate hazelnut entremet, which had the loveliest texture and prominent hazelnut flavor. The passion fruit dollops on top were a lovely pairing to cut through the sweetness. I cannot say enough great things about this place. A new go-to for sure!! Will consider this place for all celebrations and nice dinners! ”

“ Omg this place was outstanding. The food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. Restaurant is very cutely decorated. Went with a few friends and we all shared our food. We got the grilled octopus, baked gulf oysters, crab croquettes and hamachi crudo for appetizers. Octopus was my favorite. for entrees we got the filet with crab, chicken fried snapper, grouper with radish beurre blanc, crispy eggplant, mashed potatoes with sea urchin butter and the squash. Dessert we got the chocolate cake with passion fruit and hazelnut (omg your mouth will thank you for this flavor profile) and the blonde brownie. I can't express enough how amazing this meal was. Our cocktails were amazing too! I got a dill lemon martini and one of my friends did the blood orange one and the other did the espresso one. I can't wait to go back! ”

“ Decided to try Littles again and again, it did not disappoint!! Food: - wild gulf shrimp--delicious and good sized shrimp with the most delicious pomegranate cocktail sauce - crab croquettes--we inhaled these! Perfectly crisp with the flakiest crab meat. Highly recommend - Texas redfish--SO good. The snapper is our fave but this is a close second. Very flavorful! - crisp eggplant--highly recommend. So tasty and the crisp texture is perfection. Def a good side for 2 people to share. - French fries--so good!! Crisp exterior, soft interior. Compliments the meal really well. Ambiance-- I wish we didn't have such a small table, especially being on a date but the food and service were so good that I can't complain. Service--shoutout to Dom for his hospitality and expertise. Great service per usual! ”

“ This restaurant is where the Pappas Seafood House used to be. The Pappas sign is still up. The ambiance was chic and romantic and the service was impeccable. We sat on the covered outdoor patio as they could not accommodate us inside the restaurant with the number in our party (6). The patio was nice, not too hot or cold. We ordered some oysters (raw and baked) and crab croquettes to start. The baked oysters were flavorful and the crab croquettes were crispy and scrumptious. For dinner I had the salmon. There was a nice crust on the salmon but it was a bit salty. The salmon itself was delicious. The filet was tender and juicy. The dessert we had was ok. We expected the cake to be moist but it was somewhat dry. I would come back here to try some other dishes. ”

“ My sister wanted to try this spot for her birthday. The staff were very kind with quick service. If you're coming here for a full meal, expect it to be a while as it is served in courses. And make sure to make a reservation as they are a small restaurant only open in the evenings. First we started off with cold seafood - tuna crudo and shrimp cocktail. The crudo had a nice flavor and was served with endive. We also got the bread which came with butter and blue algae salt. It came with 4 pieces for $7. It was really good just wish they'd give a better portion since it's not even free. Then we had the scallop chowder, crab croquettes, and baked oysters. The scallop chowder was really good, strong flavor with bacon as well. The baked oysters were good but I think Pappadeaux's are better. The crab croquettes were forgettable. Then we had the caviar course. This was my first time having caviar and it was a unique twist to be served with hush puppies. The hush puppies were actually one of my favorite parts of the meal. The executive chef flies around the country to source the caviar himself and provides a unique experience to restaurant goers. For the mains, we shared the gulf grouper, red snapper, and filet. The filet was standard thought a bit bland. The gulf grouper was nice and delicate with a butter caper sauce that everyone enjoyed. The fried red snapper was also great with a perfect texture and didn't feel oily. For sides, we ordered the fries and delicata squash. The squash was the worst thing we had in the meal. It was way too sweet and the overall composition doesn't make sense to me compared to the rest of the menu. It had pepitas and queso fresco on it as well. They swapped it out for the eggplant for us which was better but also an odd dish compared to the menu. It was served with fish sauce and coconut flakes. The flavors just don't complement the meals. I'd prefer a spinach or vegetable medley. The fries were good but the Cajun flavor of the ketchup was a bit too strong for my liking. They brought out several desserts for the birthday girl which was very kind. I'm not a dessert person so can't really judge them well but the favorite was the spiced carrot blonde brownie. They also have some nice sorbets. Overall we had a good experience. I will most likely not be back simply because I prefer mid level dining in general. I'd recommend this as a cocktail/appetizer spot to visit with friends or a nice dinner to celebrate an important occasion. Notable dishes for me: scallop chowder, fried snapper, and the caviar. ”

The oysters were great (recommend the New Hampshire ones this season for size + brine) but the stars of the show were all of the dishes our server recommended like the Grilled Octopus, Burrata, and the off-the-menu items like the cobia. The octopus I recommend everyone to get! Will definitely be coming back since the menu supposedly changes seasonally. Great service and ambiance at the oyster bar with server Crystal! ”
